Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our reports are personalised digital products generated using your unique birth information and customised effort, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once report generation has begun or delivery has been completed.

If you experience duplicate payment charges or technical payment issues, please contact us at illuminating.dt@gmail.com. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 3 business days.

Delivery Policy
